Sleep Helps with Diabetes

Researchers from McGill University say that up to 83% of people with Type 2 Diabetes suffer from sleep apnea, and it appears likely that improving sleep could help you manage your illness.  From Pamidi and Tasali, Frontiers in Neurology, August 2012.  Obstructive sleep apnea and type 2 diabetes: is there a link?
